Our Hiring Process

To ensure we find the best fit for our team, our hiring process consists of several stages. We assess each candidate’s qualifications, experience, and alignment with our values through multiple steps, including a skill-based assessment, interviews, and reference checks.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for caregivers with availability on Sundays, Wednesdays, and weekday mornings or evenings. Experience with childcare is essential, and we place great importance on candidates who align with our mission to provide Christ-centered care
