Health Insurance Contribution: Many families contribute full or partial payment toward their nanny’s health insurance premium, ensuring they have access to necessary medical care.

Year-End Bonus: It’s common for families to give their nanny a discretionary annual year-end bonus as a token of appreciation. This bonus usually ranges from 1-3 weeks of the nanny’s gross compensation.
