    • Prepaid Packages: Discounted bookings with no membership commitment (expires in 90 days).

  • Yes! If you find a sitter you love, you can request them for future bookings. However, availability may vary, so we recommend booking early.

  • All sitters go through a multi-step screening process, including background checks, reference verification, CPR certification, and in-depth interviews.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Check our cancellation policy for details.

  • All sitters are paid directly by the family. You can pay via cash, Zelle, Venmo, or any other agreed-upon method with your sitter.
